Zoom Integration

How to add, use, and remove Zoom in your Atrios account.

What this integration does

The Atrios Zoom integration attaches Zoom meeting links to bookings made through your Atrios scheduler. When a prospect books a meeting via your invite link, a Zoom meeting is automatically created on your connected Zoom account, and the join link is added to the calendar invite for both attendees.

Atrios supports either Zoom or Google as your conferencing provider. You choose which one to use in Settings → Conferencing; whichever provider you connect is the one used for all new bookings.

How to connect Zoom

  1. Sign in to Atrios and navigate to Settings → Conferencing.
  2. Click Connect Zoom.
  3. You’ll be redirected to Zoom’s OAuth authorization page. Sign in with the Zoom account you want to use and approve the requested permissions.
  4. After approving, Zoom redirects you back to Atrios. You’ll see a confirmation screen showing Connected as <your Zoom email>.

How to use Zoom with Atrios

Once connected, every booking made through your Atrios invite link will automatically include a Zoom meeting link in the calendar invite. There is nothing else to configure per-meeting.

How to disconnect Zoom

  1. Navigate to Settings → Conferencing.
  2. Click Disconnect Zoom next to the connected account.
  3. Confirm the disconnect. Existing bookings keep their Zoom links. To keep scheduling video meetings on new bookings, connect Google as your conferencing provider in Settings → Conferencing.

You can also revoke Atrios’s access at any time from your Zoom account at Zoom Marketplace → Installed Apps.
